"Chris did such an outstanding job for my family. He got us approved for 100% financing and we got the deal closed and in our home just before Christams. He walked me through every aspect and assured me he would take care of things and not to worry. We had to switch loans close to closing and with Chris being so creative it ended up benefiting us even more by doing so."

"I was a bit nervous about on-line mortages at first, but was I glad I chose Quicken Loans! It was the easiest loan I ever got! The "team" of loan & customer service reps assigned to my account was professional, knowledable and extremely efficient. I was amazed how often I heard from them throughout the loan process just keeping me informed. It was a personal touch that I hadn't experienced from any other mortgage company. I would absolutely use Quicken Loans again and would highly recommend them. I have already told family & friends about my easiest loan ever!"

"they were great. they followed up frequently, and kept me updated .i would definetly recommend quicken to everyone thank you.we were able to pay off some debts ,fix up the house, we were made to feel like they really wanted to help us. they listened to us without being made to feel like we shouldn/t need to do this .theyu were a real help."

"The two people we dealt with (Lamis & Jaret) were absolutely wonderful. They were always pleased to hear from me every time I called. My questions were always answered and my phone messages were always returned promptly. They were always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. They even called weeks after the loan closed, just to check on us and make sure we were still happy with everything. It was GREAT!!!"

"Recently closed on a refinance and still in awe at the speed and competency with which the loan was handled. Not only were the rates lower than my bank but I closed 3 to 4 weeks sooner than the bank would have. Also the documentations required from me were minimal saving me time and aggravation. Will never deal with a bank again!"

"I was'nt sure about how it would work out. After we first applied the process was very fast and simple. I've never had a loan company come to your home to close before, everything was made for our convanience. I would go through them again any time."

"Almost all the lenders I had talked to up until my Quicken loan's guy either did not know what they were doing or they did not care. My wife talked to him first and told me, "you really need to talk to this guy... he's is impressive." The truth is... he was. Things change all the time in the lending industry and what I remembered from buying a house years ago was not enough. I'm glad I trusted him. After I closed, I felt like I had lost a true friend."

"My only complaint is that documentation requests seemed to come every few days for three weeks. ONE list of items would have been helpful. It was a constant struggle and irritation to keep being interepted at work to send one piece of paper, or one statement, etc."

"4 weeks from start to finish! Our loan rep. contacted us regularly through E-Mail & phone and informed us of our loan status. They took a personal intrest in our finantial well being.
The closing was done @ our kitchen table!
The weeks that followed after our refinance Rep's. from Quicken continued to follow up with us. This is a company you can stay with for life plus we love the vase you sent us."
